As an operator, he held senior executive roles driving top line growth for Discovery, Paramount Global, and Major League Gaming. As an advisor and consultant, Peter held C-suite and Practice leadership roles as AlixPartners and Alvarez & Marsal. He has served as an interim C-Suite executive on multiple occasions. Peter also founded, ran, and ultimately sold his own Growth Advisory practice.

Tim brings more than 30 years of experience working directly with platforms, agencies and marketers to drive business results through innovative approaches to sports and entertainment media. He served as a senior executive at IPG for nearly two decades; including President of Initiative and Worldwide CEO of MAGNA GLOBAL, where he was responsible for $32 billion dollars of global media spend for some of the biggest brands in the world. He most recently held leadership positions at both Dentsu and Amobee bringing data and technology solutions to both media platforms and marketers.
Strong understanding of the media landscape with decades long relationships with all key industry leaders.
Expertise in the data driven/technology led systems and processes driving monetization today.
Brings both Right and Left brain solutions having run numerous company P+L’s, and also driving big idea, award winning campaigns in sports and entertainment.

Former head of Paramount Global’s (formerly Viacom) ad sales division with revenue totalling over $3.6B and overseeing 25+top media linear channels and digital properties such as; MTV, Nickelodeon, Paramount Channel, PlutoTV and Comedy Central.
