  • Created strategic approach to working with Evergreen’s Advisory Board, unlocking greater engagement and new business leads. Provided introductions to leading CMOs driving new revenue in first 6 months.

  • Supported the Hearst Autos team with their post-merger integration process, following the acquisition of the MotorTrend Group from Warner Discovery. Worked all functional areas to ensure a seamless transition.

  • Provided comprehensive analysis that sized the market and competitive landscape for a large-scale new product offering. Delivered an implementable a playbook for the business launch.

  • Interim CCO role for this Clarion Capital owned business.  Successfully rebranded the college consulting business, created new routes-to-market/partnerships, right-sized the marketing department with outside agency support - and implemented all plans.

  • Interim Strategy, Marketing and PMI role. Drove topline revenue by implementing a new marketing strategy, and executing on growth synergies with Clarion Capital's Command Education.

  • Created a comprehensive engagement plan for the Cannes Advertising Festival. Defined strategic objectives, target audiences and supported event execution via; materials, messaging, and on the ground advisory.

  • Connected the company with the broader entertainment ecosystem to explore partnership opportunities for their station group footprint. Provided introductions to the C-Suite of some of the largest content owners in the world.

  • Explored new routes-to-market to accelerate growth. Developed the strategy and executed plans to partner with Private Equity firms, to drive value for portfolio companies.

  • Regorganzied the sales force to reduce costs, and better service clients. Developed key account strategies and new GTM approaches. Memorialized plans in an operational Playbook

  • Following an in-depth market and company analysis, developed a plan to transform the distribution business. Brought on as interim CCO to execute the plan - netting multiple new customers.

  • Developed and implemented business development strategies for the UK based business to penetrate the U.S. market - targeting large media companies, brands, and ad agencies.

  • Provided initial assessment and new GTM strategies for Dentsu’s industry leading data/technology platform. Drove increased client adoption inside the holding company, growing revenue by 250% and net profit by 300% in first full year.

  • Integrated the largest AVOD platform in the world into marketplace. Set strategy for growth that led Pluto from $60M to $1B in ad sales.

  • Advised and operated along side of the CEO to drive new content distribution deals and support of the capital raise. Netted both a new distribution partnership with TruTV, and an alliance with the NHL greatly increasing the new league’s viability.
